万爽力对老年瓣膜退性变致心功能不全的研究

探讨万爽力对老年心脏瓣膜退性变致心功能不全患者治疗的效果。入选病例共84例,随机分为对照组42例传统方法治疗;治疗组42例,加用万爽力治疗,3个月后,观察心功能、左室舒张期内径、左室射血分数、测6min步行距离、血浆脑钠肽水平。3个月治疗后,两组心功能、左室舒张期内径、左室射血分数、6min步行距离、血浆脑钠肽水平有显著性差异(P<0.05)。由此可以得出结论,万爽力对老年心脏瓣膜退性变致心功能不全治疗有临床治疗意义。

Effect of Vasorel for Senile Degenerative Cardiac Valvular Disease with Cardiac Insufficiency

To explore the therapeutic effect of Vasorel for senile degenerative cardiac valvular disease with cardiac insufficiency,84 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the therapeutic group was given by Vasorel after conventional therapy for three months,while contrast group were only given conventional therapy.The data of heart function,left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),six minute walking distances and plasma brain natriuretic peptide were obtained to analyze.Before and after therapy,each group has significant differences in heart function, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),six minute walking distance and plasma brain natriuretic peptide level(P<0.05).Vasorel is an effective drug for senile degenerative cardiac valvular disease with cardiac insufficiency.
