Making an exact diagnosis and an effective treatment followed during physician's clinical work is regarded as the course of decision making. The whole process of decision making is also the course of thinking for making decisions. Recently,because of the rapid progress of high and new technology, and greatly increasing of medical expenses,medical decision making becomes more complicated. How to go on the correct thinking for decision making and selecting the best and a feasible way,meanwhile,avoiding the blindness of clinical thinking have the important and practical significance.
