| 摘 要： | 评价SF-36量表在慢性乙型肝炎患者中应用的效果；调查101名慢性乙肝患者，用重测信度、分半信度、内部一致性、结构效度和判别效度等对SF-36量表进行评判；该量表具有良好的分半信度和内部一致性，结构效度和判别效度较好；SF-36量表可用于慢性乙型肝炎患者生命质量评价。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the effect of the SF- 36 Health Survey Scale in chronic hepatitis B patients. 101 chronic hepatitis B patients were assessed with SF- 36 Health Survey Scales. The testretest reliability correlation coefficient, split - half reliability, internal consistency, discriminant validity and construct validity of the scale were tested. The split - half reliability of the scale was good. The internal consistency was good. The constructs of the instrument obtained were consistent with the conceived concept in essence. Discriminant validity is good. The SF- 36 scale could measure the quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B to a certainty. |
