To investigate the difference for the Guidelines for the diagnosis of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) in Chinese and AmericanUrology Association ,renew and supplement the significance of physical examination, prostate ultrasound, IPSS score, residual urine volume and uroflow, in order to helps a doctor to better understand and solve various difficulties of diagnosis in his or her daily work, also helps a doctor to build correct clinical thinking and give the correct diagnosis,providing scientific basis for Guidelines modification in next edition.
