Modular motor learning

Abstract:An interesting theory of sensorimotor control has been recently extended and simulated. The simulation can learn to control an arm in several mutually exclusive 'contexts', situations where the arm carries one of four objects with different mechanical properties. It provides a good theoretical framework for testing biological motor systems.
