| Abstract: | The hazard of medical treatment existing the whole process of treatment is an indefiniteness that may cause injury and deformity or the whole unsafe effects taking place unexpectedly, which greatly restrict the subjective initiative of a qualified doctor during the medical treatment. We emphasize that a qualified doctor should maintain the subjective initiative in his work although he is being deeply troubled by the hazard of medical treatment magnified improperly by the society today. |
