山东北部海盐业起源的历史与考古学探索

根据《世本》、《孟子》等文献记载,夙沙氏和胶鬲是我国最早从事海盐生产的部落,本文经过梳理考证认为,他们应分布在大汶口--龙山文化时期的山东北部沿海.通过相关考古遗存的分析,本文认为,夙沙氏制盐应是在距今5500-5000年前后的大汶口文化中期或略早,制盐地域应在现今的山东北部寿光至广饶一带.在稍后的距今4300-3900年龙山文化晚期,鲁西北的阳信至滨州一带也兴起海盐生产,由此成为商代胶鬲的远祖.总的看,当时的制盐活动只能在海边进行,制盐技术也比较原始,这是符合其时代特点的.

The History of Sea-Salt Production in Northern Shandong and Archeological Research

Based on the ancient documentary records of Shi Ben and Meng Zi etc.,Sushashi and Jiaoge tribes were the earlist tribes to product sea-salt in ancient Chinese history.This paper believes all of them should distribute along the coast of northern Shandong during Dawenkou-Longshan Cultures period.Based on archaeological remains,this paper believes Sushashi tribe should exist 5500-5000 years ago,about the middle of Dawenkou Culture period or earlier,and the sea-salt production area was today's Shouguang to Guangrao counties.During the late of Longshan Culture 4300-3900 years ago,the tribe which distributed on today's Yangxin to Binzhou counties began to product sea-salt,and eventually developed to be the ancestor of Jiaoge tribe of Shang Dynasty period.The sea-salt production area of these tribes was the coast or beach area,and their production technology was primitive of boiling sea water,and these two characteristics conformed to their age conditions.
