垂体瘤侵袭性概念的多元化思考

垂体腺瘤是颅内常见的良性肿瘤，但却存在较高的手术不全切除率和术后复发率，因此1940年Jefferson提出侵袭性垂体腺瘤的概念，认为这部分肿瘤的生物学行为实际上是介于良性垂体腺瘤和恶性垂体癌之间，肿瘤侵袭性生长。随后各个专业的医生们从各自的角度对侵袭性进行了诠释，形成了目前多元化的概念。如解剖学的诊断，影像学的和手术学的标准，还有新近出现的分子生物学和病理学等的诊断等等。使得诊断标准众多，概念混乱，这里做一综述，以期能对侵袭性提出一个相对合理的解释。

Pluralism Consideration of Invasive Concept of Pituitary Adenomas

Pituitary adenoma is a most common intracranial benign tumor,however,there actually exist a rather high incomplete excision rate and recurrence rate.In 1940,Jefferson raised the concept of invasive pituitary adenomas,he believe this tumor’s behavior was between benign and malignant pituitary adenoma.Tumor grows in infiltrative pattern. In following years,doctors of different subjects raise different concept of invasive pituitary adenomas from different views,for example,anatomical diagnostics, imaging and surgical standards, also biological and pathological criterions.Therefore,now we have too much concept of invasive and often feel confused.I summarize all invasive concepts integrate them with my research, in order to get a rather reasonable and exact explanation.
