On the Influence of Qi Culture upon Zhoucun and its Commercial Groups

Qi culture has an important influence on both Zhoucun trading port culture and Zhoucun business groups. There are two main channels in which Zhoucun trading port culture came into being.. inheritance and cultivation. The former refers to the impact of traditional culture and in the case of Zhoucun, it is the influence from Qi culture, Confucian culture, folk culture and cultural heritage. The author believes that it was their belief of forging ahead and their idea of focusing on the development of commerce and industry infiltrating in their management philosophy and practice （Xiangzi Firm as a representative of these belives） that helped Zhoucun business groups grow and flourish and finally achieve so much.
