| Abstract: | The conflict between physicians and patients bursts out in contemporary society, it is a kind of conflict on benefits, it is also a kind of conflict on rights. The disorder of the rights' boundary is an important reason.To resolve the conflict,on one hand,the rights must be re-definited, being guaranteeing the rights both patients and physicians.On the other hand,we still need to prevent from right crossing the boundary and abuse. |
