| Abstract: | Peter F.Drucker's main thoughts on hospital management are: hospital management is almost the same as business management;health care is the fastest growing sector which needs management mostly in the 21 stcentury; medical services should be properly organized and need team work; medical service should only be "best"; hospitals should be implemented management by objective, undergone constant changes and improved their efficiency by facilitating "specialization";hospital managers and its employees should be partners; information technology has great effect on medical service; hospitals should be implemented "professional management". |
