论疾病之病痛与病损

文章认为，疾病可分为“病损”（疾病对机体的损害）和“病痛”（患者感受到的不适感）两个方面，此二者可一致亦可背离，故治疗必须分别对待。特别指出“病痛”于康复过程的重要意义，提出了合理祛除“病痛”的要点。分析也揭示了中西医之间的优缺点，于正确诊治疾病和认识中西医之关系，促进医学健康发展具有一定意义。

The Correlation between Impairment and Pain of Disease

In the thesis, the author divides disease into the following two aspects, Impairment （disease＇s physical damage to the body）and Pain（the discomfort brought by the disease）. Impairment and Pain can overlap each other and can deviate from each other as well. It is essential to distinguish them before proper therapy and treatment to be conducted. Although patients suffer from pain, it is important during the healing process. Thus,the author puts forward key features of proper removal of pains. Meanwhile, the strengths and weaknesses of both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM） are to be discussed based on dualism, which will contribute to the accurate diagnosis of diseases, due understanding of the relationship of Western medicine and TCM, and proper development of medical science.
