上海市某区社区卫生服务中心医务人员抑郁焦虑情绪调查

目的:调查社区卫生服务中心医务人员抑郁焦虑情绪现状及其影响因素,为预防其发生提供科学依据。方法:对上海市某区8家社区卫生服务中心医务人员整群抽样,使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查抑郁、焦虑症状检出率,并分析相关的人口社会学因素。结果:发放问卷720份,收回有效问卷692份。在接受调查的医务人员中,抑郁症状检出率为31.6%(219/692),焦虑症状检出率为24.3%(168/692)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,焦虑、抑郁症状与日均睡眠时间、躯体亚健康状态、职业紧张显著相关(p<0.001)。结论:上海市某区社区卫生服务中心医务人员抑郁、焦虑情绪常见,需要采取针对性措施预防与干预。

Depressive and Anxious Mood of Medical Staff in Community Health Care Center in a District of Shanghai

Objective:To investigate the depressive and anxious mood of medical staff in the community health care center and provide science evidence for the prevention of them.Methods:The medical staff in all eight community health care centers in a district of Shanghai were surveyed with cluster sampling,the self-rating depression sale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to assess those depressive and anxious symptoms respectively,and related sociodemographic factors were analyzed.Results:The 720 questionnaires were distributed and 692 valid questionnaires were retrieved.Of 692 investigated medical staff,31.6%(219/692)had depressive symptom,and 24.3%(168/692)had anxious symptom.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that daily sleep time,sub-health,and occupational stress were significantly related to depressive and anxious symptom(p<0.001).Conclusion:The depressive and anxious mood were common for the medical staff in the community health care center in a district of Shanghai,which is necessary to be prevented and intervened.
