| 摘 要： | 对精神分析性治疗的从业者进行督导的态度可分为三个阶段。新手治疗师需要有关精神功能的指导,目的是使动力性治疗技术有效。当冲突和防御的技术问题成为焦点时,熟练的治疗师会做得更好。对成熟的治疗师的督导允许更多自由流动的相互联想、主体间交流以及解释方法成就的分享。

| Abstract: | The attitude of the supervisor of practitioners doing psychoanalytic therapies can be divided intothree stages. Novice therapists need instruction about mental functions that make dynamic techniquesefficacious. Journeyman therapists do better when technical matters regarding conflict and defense arethe focus. Supervision of master therapists allows more free-flowing mutual associations, intersubjectiveinterchanges, and mutual attainment of interpretive approaches. |
