| Abstract: | To understand the general situation of treating and curing the patients of acute organophosphorus pesticite poisoning(AOPP) currently .The connotation of the clinical technique of using penehydridine hydrochloride for AOPP is defined.The clinical diagnosis and condition assessment of AOPP are analysed . It is emphasized that penehydridine hydrochloride ,pyradoxime methychloride and other measures are carried out in early stage for severe patients . The method of using penehydridine hydrochloride and pyradoxime methychloride is suggested after atopinisation.The significance of gastric lavage and catharsis for oral poisoning is discussed.And,the patients who have injected atropine are treated with penehydridine hydrochloride |
