| 摘 要： | 政府控制非典型肺炎流行的特定态度反映了人类特定的疾病文化观念。对某些疾病进行道德评判的疾病文化是非理性的疾病文化。建立理性的疾病文化观念，科学地对待疾病、人道地对待患者是人类文明的基本要求。
