经后路枢椎椎板螺钉内固定的可行性研究

摘    要:为提供国人枢椎的解剖学测量数据,探讨国人枢椎椎板螺钉固定的可行性,采用96例成人枢椎干燥骨标本,测量枢椎椎板的厚度、高度、长度、棘突根部高度、进针点至椎板外缘、进针点侧块中点及侧块外缘、椎板轴线与矢状面的夹角等相关参数,结果显示国人枢椎具备行经后路椎板螺钉内固定的条件。

Abstract:To provide anatomic data of axis of Chinese people and discuss the feasibility of intralaminar C2 screws,96 dry samples of atlas were measured with vernier calipers and protractors. The parameters included the thickness of C2 laminar, the height of laminar, the length and the angle between the axial of C2 laminar and sagittal plain,the distance between the anchor point and mid--point of C2 lateral mass, and the spinolaminar angle. This study establishes anatomic guidelines to apply intralaminar C2 screws.
