| 摘 要： | 为了总结应用^90Sr-^90Y敷贴治疗皮肤血管瘤的体会。我们采用“一次大剂量法”和“小剂量分次法”治疗4072例各类皮肤血管瘤患者。经过1年～10年随访观察，全部病例中痊愈2600例（63．85％），明显好转600例（14．73％），好转583例（14．32％），无效289例（7．10％）。提示^90Sr^-^90Y敷贴治疗皮肤血管瘤是一种安全简便、疗效迅速、治愈率高、副作用少的治疗手段。但在临床工作中，要确保辐射安全与治疗效果的最优化，就要根据不同病例的具体情况，因病施治。

| Abstract: | Summarize ^90 Sr-^90Y Application treatment of skin hemangioma experience. A ＂a big dose of law＂ and ＂at times of low--dose＂ treatment of 4 072 cases of various types of skin hemangioma. After 1 to 10 follow--up observation, all patients recovered in 2 600 cases （63.85%）, the marked improvement of 600 cases （14.73 percent）, improved 583 cases （ 14.32% ）, invalid 289 cases （ 7.1% ）. ^90 St-^90Y Application treatment of skin hemangioma is a safe and simple, rapid effect, the cure rate is high, fewer side effects of treatment. However, in clinical work, we must ensure that the effects of radiation safety and treatment of the most optimized, according to the specific circumstances of different cases, the illness and treatment. |
