| Abstract: | Public morality is the moral norms of public behavoir.Construction of public morality can promote the construction of ruling by law.In China,construction of public morality delayed because of the influence of long tradition of ethical standard.It influenced Chinese construction of morality and contained the development of Chinese construction of ruling by law.In order to promote Chinese construction of public morality,we must overstep the tradition of ethical standard,and put construction of public morality on the course of ruling by law. |
