| 摘 要： | 瘦素是肥胖肥胖基因编码的产物，与其受体结合发挥其生物学作用。具有促进细胞增殖分化、增加细胞侵袭性、促进血管形成和调节机体免疫等作用。流行病学调查和基础研究证实，Leptin与肿瘤的发生密切相关，肿瘤的发生、发展和转归在很大程度上依赖于新生血管的形成。本文综述了瘦素及其受体在消化道肿瘤研究中的进展。

| Abstract: | Leptin is an expression from fattness gene in fat cells, which combines with its acceptor to indicate its biological function, to promote cell division, agression and to form blood tube and to regulate immune system. Epidemiological research and basic study have proved that Leptin is closely related to tumors, happening, development and termination of tumors is decided on forming of new bolld vessels. This article is to discuss new development about Leptin and its acceptor in digestive tumors. |
