孔、孟与管子德治思想之比较

孔子和孟子是先秦儒家最重要的代表人物,他们的思想中都有着丰富的德治内容。管子虽是早期法家的代表,但思想中同样具有德治的内容。孔、孟与管子在德治思想上有着很大的相似性,在惠民爱民、正名、正身率下、以民为本、善政措施、选贤任能等方面有着诸多的一致之处。但出于各自学派的立场,孔、孟与管子在德治与法治的关系、德治的目标与特征、德治的人性论的出发点等方面也存在着差异。

A Comparation Between Confucius, Mencius and GuanZi's Thoughts of Rule by Morality

Confucius and Mencius are the most important proponents of Confucianism in Pre-Qin period,and the best-known advocates of the idea of "Rule by Morality".In contrast,Guan zi is the representative of Early Legalism,but people can also find the doctrine of "Rule by Morality"in his books.The doctrines of "Rule by Morality",advocated respectively by Confucius,Mencius and Guan zi,have much in common.Also,the three philosophers all countenance the follo wing points of view: ai min hui min(benefiting the people),zheng ming(rectifi cation of name),Minben(government for the people),choosing and appointing the best,etc.Nevertheless,there are a lot of differences lying in their philosop hical doctrines,which stems from the different stands of their respective acade mic schools.For example,they maintains different points of view about the rela tionships between "Rule by Morality"and "Rule by Law",the objectives and en ds of "Rule by Morality",and the theory of "human nature"which underwrites their respective "Rule by Morality".
