| 摘 要： | 该研究以自编的社会动机冲突决策问卷为调查工具,分析民众对于社会动机冲突问题的决策策略及特征.结果发现：（1）民众对于社会动机冲突问题的决策策略可以分为合作策略与竞争策略,合作策略包括平分策略和谦让策略;（2）男性和女性对于社会动机冲突问题的决策策略有明显的性别差异.

| Abstract: | This study used the Mixed - motive Conflict Questionnaire to explore people＇ s decision - making strategies. The results indicated that （ 1 ） Decision - making strategies consisted of competitive strategy and cooperative strategy. Cooperative strategy included equal strategy and modest strategy. （2） There was significant difference of gender on decision - making strategies. |
