| 摘 要： | 时间空间是连续的，又是间断的，是连续性和间断性统一。很多求助者有意无意地割裂这种统一，只看到他们自已？的过去和未来，就是不看现在，不看“此时此地”。心理咨询与治疗的任务就是帮助求助者把只看过去与未来的眼光，转移到现在。心理咨询和治疗的即时性技术和格式塔疗法，也是让求助者的眼光注意到“此时此地”。

| Abstract: | Space and time are both continuous and discontinuous. The continuity and discontinuity are unified at .the same time. space and time,the two factors are always dissevered by those seeking help intentionally or unconsciously, the only think of their past and future, not present space and time now, psychological consultation and therapy can help them transfer their eyes from past and future to present space and time. Gestalt therapy and instantaneous technology of psyehological consultation and therapy also do the same work to those seeking for help. |
