Abstract: | Several demonstrations on the apparent movement in depth of subjective figures are presented. They include: (a) apparent rotational movement as a result of shape invariance or rigidity; (b) apparent rotational movement with three-dimensional subjective figures not accompanied by a brightness gradient; and (c) apparent rotational movement by kinetic occlusion. |
