In recent years,physician-patient relationship has becoming very nervous in our country.It becomes a social heated topic.A doctor's management of a patient might be influenced by perverse incentives.We try to find out the real motivation of doctors by analyzing their professional characters which can conduce to the doctor's special psychology.This includes aspects such as compressive stress,professional ennui,risk,income,ethics,and the sense of confidence.The reformed relationship between the doctor and patient will promote healing.Only in this way can we probably improve the physician-patient relationship.It is resolving this issues that contributes to better our country health care.
