| 摘 要： | 在诺贝尔生理学或医学奖105年的历史中,美国分别占了颁奖年度的52.08%,获奖成果的44.87%,获奖人数的48.91%。形成这些科学家学术优势积累和美国国家科技竞争优势的学术条件背景是:适宜的宏观政策,充足的经费投入,成功的人才政策,根本的教育改革和创新的科技管理。

| Abstract: | In the past 105 years since the Nobel Prize started,the United States has taken up 52.08% of the prize-awarding ceremony year,44.87% of the achievements and 48.91% of the total number of scientists who have won the Prize.The American scientists have enjoyed certain advantages in their accumulation of academic superiority and they have a better academic environment for them to compete in their scientific research.Moreover,such factors as proper macro-adjustment policy,sufficient investment,successful policy for the talented,essential reform in education,and innovative and scientific management add to their success in research. |
