Analysis on the Arbitration of the Settlement of Medical Dispute

Except for the limited ways of the present settlements,there are violation of the procedural justice in the proceedings of the litigation and identification. Nevertheless,legislators have not affirmed arbitration with a variety of advantages of the settlement of the disputes.To reveal the present status of the medical disputes settlements,it analyzed the advantages of the arbitration,demonstrated the feasibility of arbitration to settle the medical disputes,and proposed the specific establishment of the arbitration systems for the settlement of medical treatment disputes.
