| 摘 要： | 作为社会保障体制中医疗保障制度的重要组成部分，对促进社会稳定和体现制度公平性起着至关重要的作用。在不同的国家，由于国情不同、人权状况不同，以及、历史和文化理念的差异，形成了各有特色的医疗保障制度。对具有代表性的四种医疗保障制度进行简述和比较，并就我国医疗保障制度存在的问题与改革提出了见解。

| Abstract: | The healthcare system, as an important part of the social security system, is essential to promote the stabilization of society as well as reflecting the justice of the current systems. Due to the different histories, cultures and status of human fights protection, the healthcare system is specifically different in different countries. To talk about four representative healthcare systems, which are compared to find out the problems in our current healthcare system and the suggestions for the coming reform. |
