| Affiliation: | Both authors are members of the staff of the Personnel Research Section AGO. Miss Tajen is a Statistical Advisor in the Statistical Research and Analysis Unit. She is a graduate of Hunter College and has been with the Personnel Research Section since 1948.;Dr. Taylor is chief of the Performance Evaluation and Criterion Research Unit. He too has been with this organization in various capacities for the past five years. He is a Northwestern Ph.D., a fellow of the American Psychological Assn., and a diplomate of the American Board of Examiners in Professional Psychology. |
