| Abstract: | This paper summarized the meanings of crisis supervision in emergency nursing management, and analyzed the cause of nursing crisis in emergency department currently. The specific measures were discussed further on crisis supervision in emergency nursing management. The paper clarified the important role of crisis supervision played in modern emergency nursing management. Meanwhile, the emergency nursing crisis should be controlled and protected in maximum extent, therefore upgraded the level of nursing suoervision in emergency department overall. |
