| Abstract: | Placing responsibility for citing evidence upside down as an exceptional principle of dealing with civil action applied to medical disputes will surely provide fundanmental improvement in the relations between medical men and patients with the favourable guarantee of measures. How to understand and deal with the principle is a new problem. Here we give our surface views on this. |
