儿科重症监护室中放弃治疗的相关问题研究

With the development of modern ethics,quality of life and the life value theory. For part of the children and newborns who are critically ill can not avoid severs sequela, which will cause a lot trouble to their long--term quality. In order to make it ethically acceptable and represent the best interests of the children, to chose giving--up therapy may be the best way. This article discussed the problems of process, bases, reasons, objects, ethical basis, ethical significance and the law relative to giving--up therapy, which will provide helpful reference to clinical therapy.
