Thoughts in Graft Rejection Reaction

With the development of transplantation operation technology and the immunosuppressive drugs, organ transplantation has become the most therapeutic tool for the end stage organ diseases. However, despite the continuing optimization of immunosuppressive regimens over the past few decades, transplant rejection is still a tough problem. The philosophic theories could guide the mechanisms study and clinical therapy for transplant rejection.
