岳阳市医疗纠纷调查报告

岳阳市医疗纠纷近几年来呈高发态势,医疗纠纷不仅成为医疗机构疲于应对的一道难题,而且演变为一个不容忽视的社会热点问题。医疗纠纷高发和难以处置,严重影响了该市医疗机构的正常秩序,对社会和谐稳定也造成了负面效应,已经引起了社会各方的广泛关注。通过对岳阳市医疗纠纷情况进行调研,探讨其特点、发生原因,并试图对医患纠纷的有效解决提出一些建议,破解医疗纠纷困局,使医患关系能得到改善,医生的从业环境变得宽松,广大医务工作者能全心全意投入到救死扶伤的神圣使命当中去。

Research of Medical Disputes in Yueyang

Recently,medical disputes in Yueyang presented the high trend,and had become a difficult problem which the medical institutions were struggling to cope with.Moreover,it evolved into a social hot topic.Because of the high incidence of untreatable medical disputes,it seriously disturbed the normal order of the medical institutions and the development of our city.Therefore,it had a negative effect on the social harmony and stability,and attracted great attention of the public.In this paper,we discussed the characteristics and analyzed the causes of medical disputes.It invested medical disputes in Yueyang to put forward effective suggestions to solve and break the dilemma of medical disputes and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.Therefore,the working environment of doctors become relaxed.And large numbers of medical workers put their heart and soul into the sacred mission of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying.
