我国高等医学教学模式改革的思考

摘    要:社会经济的快速发展和信息化时代的到来对医学人才提出更高要求,医学生应具有较强的自主学习、终身学习、沟通和团结协作能力以及创新思维和解决临床问题的能力。面对需求,在不同时期,针对以教师讲授为基础的传统医学教学模式产生了多种新模式,如以问题为中心的教学模式、以案例为导向的教学模式、以资源为基础的学习和以研究为基础的教学模式。它们各具特色,医学院校应根据实际合理使用,取长补短,培养高素质的复合型人才。

Abstract:With the rapid development of society and economy, and information era need high-quality medical talents. Medical students should have enough autonomous learning, lifelong learning, communication and cooperation abilities, innovative thought and the ability of solving clinical problems.At different period, many reforms about traditional teaching mode appeared because of the demand.Such as problem-based learning, case-based learning, resources-based learning and research-based learning possess, there are different characteristics.Medical colleges should adopt these modes according to the actualities, to make up for each other's deficiencies for training high-quality synthetic talents.
