从案例思考我国辅助生殖技术的行为准则与伦理规范

随着辅助生殖技术的迅速发展,面临的问题和挑战越来越多,也越来越复杂,这给临床工作带来一定的困扰,为完善我国辅助生殖技术研究与应用的行为准则和伦理规范,建议辅助生殖技术的行为准则与伦理规范要在遵循国际通用准则的前提下,根据我国的国情,认真听取民众诉求和意愿以及辅助生殖技术工作者的建议,修改、完善和制定相关规范,使辅助生殖技术的研究和应用更好地服务于人民和社会,以满足人民大众的生殖健康需求,促进我国辅助生殖技术事业的健康发展。

Refection of Our Country's Code of Conduct and Ethics of Assisted Reproductive Technology from the Cases

With the rapid development of assisted reproductive technology (ART), there are more and more problems and challenges to be faced in this area, and to be even more complex.Some of the problems disturb the clinical procedure.In order to improve the standards of practice and ethical guidelines in our ART research and application, we propose some suggestions.Firstly, the standard of practice and ethics of ART in our country should follow the international standards;Secondly, it should be fit for the situation of our country;Thirdly, it should meet the requirements and expectations of patients and ART practitioners;Finally, to modify and improve the relevant standards promote the healthy development of Chinese ART industry.
