Dilemmas in the Humanized Medical Care:Conflict and Integration of Medical Law and Ethics

With the rapid development of modern medicine,medical humanities have become the consensus in the field of medical service system.The core of medical humanities is the realization of humanistic medical care.However,there are still many difficulties in the process of humanistic medical service,in which the most outstanding problem is the contradictions or chaotic state between medical law and ethics.Therefore,how to realize the reasonable combination of various aspects of medical humanities is an important link in the current health care reform,which needs the joint efforts of both doctors and patients as well as the whole society.We must be sure to face and solve the problems,and strive for the seamless combination of medical law and ethics under the guidance of harmonious principle,so as to promote the systemic integration of humanity care.
