医学教育理念的更新要适应疾病结构变化

随着社会的发展, 威胁人类生命和健康的疾病在不断变化, 医学也在不断变革, 与此对应的医学教育理念也在不断发展。20世纪以来人类面对慢性非传染性疾病、新老传染病和精神卫生问题三重新的疾病谱的挑战。与之对应的21世纪酝酿的医学变革将从对医学目的理解的改变、对医学的社会性质的再明确、对医学的科学性质的再扩展三个方面开始, 因此, 为了适应新的医学变革的到来, 必须更新医学教育理念, 以适应和推动新的医学变革。

Innovating the Concept of Medical Education to Adapt to the Structure Change of Diseases

With the development of society, the diseases which threaten human life and health vary, the medicine evolves, the concept of medical education has changed.Since the 20th century, the human has been challenged by the new disease spectrum of the chronic non-contagious diseases, the new and old contagious diseases and the mental health diseases.Started from the 21st century, the re-understanding of the goal of medicine, the re-recognition of social attribute of medicine and the re-extending of scientific attribute of medicine, make the medicine developed.Therefore, the innovation of the concept of medical education to adapt to this new medical revolution is necessary.
