| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病的发病机制主要为胰岛素抵抗与胰岛β细胞分泌功能受损，二者相互依存、相互作用。2型糖尿病的治疗应以减轻胰岛素的抵抗和保护胰岛β细胞为主，以生活方式干预加二甲双胍作为基础治疗，根据不同个体在不同阶段所侧重的不同发病机制，采用联合、综合管理。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes is mainly involved in insulin resistance and impaired insulin secretion by cells, both of which interact with each others and promote the progress of diabetes. The treatment of type 2 diabetes should focus on relieving the insulin resistance and protecting cell function. Life style intervention plus metformin are essential treatment for type 2 diabetes. Therapeutic options of different treatment are based on different stages of the disease and different pathogenic factors mainly involved in individual diabetes. Rational regimen for diabetes treatment not only includes comprehensive management of disease itself, but also includes management of conditions such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia. |
