| Abstract: | Along with the globalization of economy,the internal and external environments the organization faces are becoming more and more complicated.Therefore,more and more attention is paid to the function of contingency management theory in decision making,planning and leading,and so on.Drawing some views from the philosophy conceived in Yi jing,this paper discusses the contingency management theory from the vi- sions of change,holism and process. |
