| 摘 要： | 军人情绪是军人心理学中重要的组成部分和研究对象,本文综合国内近年来对于军人情绪的质性与量化研究,阐述了军人情绪的主要特征,分析了军事环境下,各种常见的军人负性情绪及调节、激励手段,并且尝试着提出研究展望。

| Abstract: | Soldiers' mood is an important component and research object of Soldier's Psychology.Based on domestic qualitative and quantitative researches in recent years,this article elaborated main traits of soldier's mood,analyzed many kinds of soldiers' negative mood in military context,suggested effective measures on adjusting and exciting soldiers' mood,and tried to put forward related research prospects. |
