Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to assess the relations between competitive, cooperative, and noncompetitive coaction on the pursuit rotor performance of 108 male and female university students. Analysis indicated that men compared with women had the higher performance scores, regardless of the induced situation. In particular, the competitive men's performance indicated the greatest facilitation in a coaction situation. |
