Analyzing The Drug Administration In Old people With Dialectical Method

Because of the specialty and complexity of the administration in elderly people, every clinician should not only hold the humanistic spirit and dialectical thinking, but also integrated with the philosophy thought and scientific thought when clinical decision was made. In this article, we discussed several opinions about administration in elders as follows： dosage individuation, paying attention to integration, treatment conforming to the current situation, treating latent disease before onset and adopting the natural therapy. The application of all ways discussed above was to provide the humanized and optimal treatment for old people and decrease the rate of drug--induced damage.
