Institution:1. Bonnie Rhee Andryeyev is a postdoctoral visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, where she also received a bachelor's degree in English. She received her doctorate in literature at the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 2012. Her primary research areas include twentieth-century American literature and culture, critical race theory, popular culture, and film studies.;2. Jodi Thompson is a PhD student in English at the University of Washington. She is interested in postcolonial literature that explores intersecting labor diaspora communities, particularly those of the African and Indian diasporas.;3. Kristin Wartman is a journalist and writer focusing on the intersections of food, health, politics, and culture. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, the Atlantic, Huffington Post, Civil Eats, and Grist, as well as in academic journals such as Critical Quarterly, Tikkun Magazine, and The New Labor Forum.
