| Abstract: | To analyze the concept and technical advantages of germinal cell gene enhancement and to discuss in detail the supportive and opponent reasons for germinal cell gene enhancement. The ethical strategy to apply this technique is preliminarily put forward. It is believed that the technique can become the powerful means to benefit our people in the future under the rational guide of human being, though there are severe ethical issues to this technique presently. |
