| 摘 要： | "太极"是中国哲学理气论的重要范畴。吴澄是元代著名理学家。吴澄认为,太极即道。他以形而上与形而下的关系来区分太极与太一。在对太极的本体性作了初步阐发之后,吴澄又赋予太极以道德属性。吴澄以"理一分殊"的思想为太极作了进一步的诠释。太极与理、道、诚、天、帝、神、命、性、德、仁这些范畴都是同等意义的本体范畴。

| Abstract: | Taiji (Grand Ultimate) is an important category in the theory of Li (Principle) and Qi. As a renowned Neo-Confucian of the Yuan dynasty (1206-1368), WU Cheng asserts that Taiji is nothing but the Dao (Way). He distinguishes Taiji and Taiyi (Grand One) by metaphysics and physics respectively. Having explicated Taiji's ontological attributes, WU also confers it with moral attributes.
