| 摘 要： | 目前，世界上主要有普遍医疗型，社会保险型，市场主导型和储蓄基金型四种医疗保险模式，英国、德国、美国，新加坡分别各模式的典型代表，对各模式进行了比较分析，并借鉴WHO对各国医疗保障制度的排名情况，对各代表国医疗保障制度实施效果进行了分析，最后，论述了我国医疗保障制度改革的启示。

| Abstract: | Today, there are mainly four medical assurance models in the world: the universal, the social insurance, the market-oriented and the saving funded. While UK,Germany,U.S.A.and Singapore are the typical representation of each model.Borrowing ideas from the World Health Report 2000,the author makes a comparison on each model and it's actual effect. Finally, the author tells us the enlightenment to medical assurance system reform in our country. |
