| 摘 要： | 探讨１例慢性硬脑膜下血肿钻孔引流术后死亡的原因，吸取教训，假如根据急性脑膨出的不同病因去对症处理，或许会有较好的转归。正确的及时的诊疗，本可挽救生命，避免一切不幸。但却不足这样，这其中有很多哲理。

| Abstract: | To study causes of death following treatment of drill a hole for drain of the CSDH,draw a lesson.According to different cause the acute intraoperative encephalocele patient could be prevented and treated effectively.In the acute emergent prompt diagnosis and therapy may be life-saving.All the misfortune might have been avoided,but not that.There is much philosophy in it. |
