恶性肿瘤动物模型的建立

The Thoughts in Established Animal Model of Malignant Tumor

Animal model of malignant tumor is a important medical research methods.There is a balance between the spontaneous model,chemical induced model and transplanted model of malignant tumor respectively and its action factor.The balance is continuously disrupted,and then reestablished.Finally,the action factor is transformed and accepted by the targeted organ of the animals.The result of this process is tumorigenesis and animals burdening tumor.In this process,the factors which influence the tested animals and action factors will increase or decrease the initiation,progress and result of tumorigenesis.Experimental purpose determines the selection of animal model.;
