关于异种器官移植的问题

随着器官移植的广泛开展，器官短缺的问题日渐突出，８０年代末起异种器官移植的应用引起人们的重视，并形成热潮。但研究表明，克服异种移植排斥非易事，异种器官移植可能引起的病毒性疾病的传播，以及异种器官分子不相容性造成的种属屏障，都使异种器官移植的前景难料。

On the Xenogeneic Transplantation

Following more broad application of organ transplantation in clinic,the shortage of donor organs become more and more serious.Since the late of 1980s,the study on the xenogeneic transplantation has developed and rapidly become a hot point of modern medicine.However,the obstacle of rejection of xenografts is difficult to be overcome.Furthermore,the transmmited infectious diseases induced by animal viruses and the presence of the barrier of species between human and animal due to molecular incompatibility could be a more serious problem in the xenogeneic transplantation.All of the above problems make the prospects of the clinical application of xenogeneic transplantation obscue.At present time the basic research of xenogeneic transplantation should be mainly emphasized.The study in the field of xenogeneic transplantation has just begun in China,the major direction of the basic research of xenotransplantation should be determined correctly.
